This version of CTcue contains a number of new functionalities, improvements and various bug fixes. Below you will find a brief overview.
Improvements
- Allow data collector sections/questions to be searched
- Change bulk term validation to use a modal instead of a menu, to make it more clear to users that they are making changes instead of applying a filter.
- Patient finder and data collector export improvements:
- Allow previously exported files to be downloaded
- Validation labels can now be excluded from data collector exports. This is an option in the export settings.
- Changes in the project settings are now saved automatically, so the save button is removed
- We have added the option to set expiration dates to application permissions
- Audit log improvements:
- Write project department/owner changes to the audit log
- Include project snapshots as separate JSON files along with exported audit logs
- Various translations improvements
- Various styling fixes and improvements
Bug fixes
- We have updated the patient finder loading state, so the loading heart beat does not move around too much
- During/document-based relative date filters have been rewritten so that limits are applied correctly. This means that if there are at least 20 results for your term with document-based relative date filters, you will find 20 results
- Fixed an issue where, even with full data permissions, demographics fields requiring data permissions would not appear
- Fixed an issue where the family relations export sheet would not exist if you had advanced validation labels enabled on the project
- Export question results beyond the default limit if the question has a higher limit configured
- Correctly highlight reports with multi-byte characters
- No longer include parts of reports without extracted concepts in snippets
- Ensure the snippet is prefilled in the AI feedback modal
- Fixed an issue where long snippets for extracted measurements (MME) would cause issues during export. The size of a snippet is now restricted
- Correctly combine "must not match all" term validations
- Fixed an issue where overviews would load twice on page load and after resetting the filters
- Fixed a change detection issue in the date filters for the data validation table
- Fixed a bulk date filter issue that prevented date filters being removed from nested terms
- Fixed display of long term names in patient finder overview table
- Fixed an issue that causes "no active questions" to show up in data validation sidebar when there are questions
- Ignore disabled questions when using the all or none links in the question selection sidebar
- Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect question to be selected after renaming the question in the data collector

- Correctly show (relative) date filter between values in the query builder (i.e., term info)
- Fixed an issue that caused the "view only" pill to show up in a project for collaborators with view and edit permissions
- We no ensure that date inputs are read-only when previewing a previous version of the patient finder query
- We no longer show the number of hits for each synonym when previewing a previous version of the patient finder query
- We no longer allow synonyms to be modified when previewing a previous version of the patient finder query
- Ignore single-letter synonyms when adding multiple synonyms in the synonyms modal
- Fixed an issue where changing the project name would set a project workflow to patient finder if you didn't have access to data collector
- Fixed an issue that caused the project deletion confirmation prompt to use the previous project name after renaming
- Fixed an issue that prevented administrators from being able to select a department when approving account requests

- Round percentages shown on the administrative dashboard to the nearest integer instead of showing all decimals
- Added the ability to switch between inclusive/exclusive date filters and made these operators visible in the data validation table. Any existing data validation date table filters will be discarded when upgrading to 4.10.
- For combined columns in the data collector, the user will be able to have more than one field per category. We also fixed an issue that caused the field type to be incorrectly set to "None".
- Fixed an issue where adding only exclusion criteria (that require post-processing) would always lead to zero results. It's still possible that no results are found, but we now do the post-processing as needed
- If a reports (plus) term only has an advanced text search "none" content value, do not consider it to be concept-enabled
- Disable the buttons in the toolbar on the patient cohorts page if results are out of date, for example when the query was changed
- Allow consultants to download files they have shared
- Improved the performance of the project versions sidebar in large projects. Opening, closing and adding a new version should be faster now
